Property prices for sale in Central Otago region
The average price in the Central Otago region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Central Otago has increased in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was $6,732. The following month (December) the price increased to $7,303 per m².
