Property prices for sale in Central North Island region
The average price in the Central North Island region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per m² in Central North Island has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per m² was $5,212. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at $5,091 per m². The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 92 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has decreased 95 %.
