Property prices for sale in Auckland region

The price per m² in Auckland has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was $8,308. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at $8,471 per m². The price per m² for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from $8,389.5 to $8,015.5 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 74 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $8,202.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $6,082.5 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
