Property prices for rent in Wellington region
The average rent price in the Wellington region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Wellington has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was $4.11. In November the price barely changed remaining at $3.94 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 106 % in the rent price per m² rising from $4.03 to $4.26 per m². During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $572 to $568 during February and March.
